1. This app is super user friendly and I'm glad that I downloaded it.I've been with Citi Mobile for nine years now and I've watched it grow from a not so user friendly app, into a user friendly application over night.
2. Payments are ridiculously involved including them requiring you to log into your payer account (even if it's at a totally different bank) which prompts all security questions and password access.
3. I've tried calling and chatting with customer service but no one seems to know what I'm talking about.After 2 years with Citi, all I have are good things to say.
4. With Citi, they gave me a golden opportunity to gain traction on my credit and expand on a healthy (for me) credit line.
5. so annoying that its suggested that you set these notifications for security reason so you can see if your card is being used fraudulently but the notifications don't work.
6. I hope I never need to use it all, but it's nice to know it's there if I do.Since I last updated about a week ago, it has been running slightly slower than before.
7. That doesn't bother me as much as this: Right now, when I try to check my brokerage account, every section (holdings, news, etc) only shows "Our system is experiencing temporary delays.
