1. All problems are now resolved and can log in, no problems.Doesn't even recognise the card to 16 numbers!The letter I received with my card said to download the "citi mobile" app.

5. They value their customers.Please Note: Everyone who is complaining that this app doesn't work, it won't accept your log in credentials or that you keyed in your card no.
6. Was sent to the app to activate my card, but it doesn't work and doesn't even have the decency to throw me an error I can troubleshoot.
7. User name password is always incorrect To reset when I try to enter card number it throws error before completing all the 16 numbers.
8. Home page doesn't shows any details of account, just your current unbilled amount... nothing else.
9. If it wasn't for the 2% cash back, I would be using a different provider.This is another example of Citi's absolutely horrible customer service.

11. Fingerprint accepted...please login using your credentials...EVERY TIME! All the two-factor authentication is trash.
