What users are saying

1. POS appApp is almost impossible to log in to, it ask for user name and password then security questions a code sent to your phone, my phone number changed I called citi bank and they weren't able to help me update the number.

2. After entering your username and password you get redirected to the security questions then a system error prevents you from progressing.

3. Starts with a username field not being marked as such in the code so whenever you try to autofill your login credentials, the browser doesn't let you pick a saved username.

4. Terrible app overall.Forced by our company to use this bank... Would never be my choice... Their app as well as their web site forms all block copy pasting of various codes, autofilling of your addresses in the browser etc.

5. They turn you into a monkey and you have to type in everything manually and repeatedly like an idiot... Well, that obviously is how they treat their clients...Not able to get transactions or statements info.

6. The only things they suggest are using the desktop version or deleting and reinstalling the application.... that didn't help either.Worst banking app ever.

7. Once you finally able to pass thru the first gate, it makes you resubmit your 3 security questions.

8. I wish I didn't have to use a citi travel card because this app shows no useful information.

9. It shows more "pending " transactions then actual transaction history.

10. Please try again" EVERY single time.Used to work great.

11. Waste of time.Might be the worst app in the app store.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CitiManager Issues

1. Fix CitiManager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CitiManager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CitiManager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CitiManager" » Open CitiManager – Corporate Cards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CitiManager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CitiManager – Corporate Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CitiManager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CitiManager – Corporate Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CitiManager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CitiManager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CitiManager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CitiManager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CitiManager not working


2. Fix CitiManager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CitiManager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CitiManager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CitiManager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
