It keeps on saying wrong credentials, then I tried to change my password with my email, it keep on saying something went wrong 😞Download this app and used one of there atms for the first time today the fee is way to high paid 17 dollars to deposit 80 would not recommend using there service tell they can fix the high fees.I use coincloud instead they have great customer service and reasonable low fees.At first i was NOT very pleased with the fact that when i bought my first cryptocurrency and discovered there was an option to switch over from a "paper wallet" to the "digitized version", RockitcoinX charged me way too much just for that simple transaction so i called and stated how stunned and surprised i was, the rep.

This is fine for my use case, but my not be for some.I used to love this app but now you don't get to choose how much of a fee you pay so if you send $100 they may charge you $5 fee and you might get your coins wherever you're sending it too quick but you send a thousand they charge you $0.90 you might wait 4 days to get it they need to rethink the transaction fees on these things and let you put your own custom fees in because they're they're costing me a lot of times transferring my coins from place to placeI'm totally unhappy with this app right now, I updated the app and ever since then it won't let me sign in to my account.

3. Clear RockItCoin: Buy Bitcoin & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RockItCoin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RockItCoin: Buy Bitcoin & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RockItCoin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RockItCoin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RockItCoin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RockItCoin then reinstall.
