1. Bye!!!!I've been having nothing but issues with this app since D/LIng it a week ago, I was able to sign up just fine but now I can't add the virtual debit card to my Google Pay, every time I try to add it, it always gives error, couldn't add the virtual card to Gpay, so I can't see the card details to add it manually also I've tried to order the physical debit card, but that also gives me a technical problem and I transferred $15 to the acct when I first got the app & the money haven't shown up yet!?Had my account opened for over 2 years and just recently started using it.
2. Wish there was a website to manage my account especially for uploading receipts that are emailed to me.It's a scam, worst customer service ever! Got a incoming transaction 8 business ago, still not posting up on my account, tried to use online support, but seems only one person working there , almost not helpful with extreme slow response.People who ever consider switching to this bank, Better stay away and find a better bank like Chime.Out of nowhere they closed my account.
3. Then without warning, account closed, no reason given, when I emailed and asked why my account was closed, they wouldn't respond to me.Had a small check to deposit app says endorse the check to them which I did but app don't work.
4. That was two months ago.Yesterday I messaged support to see if they were fixing it and today my account is closed due to suspicious activity.
5. I tried different browsers as an attempt to sign up on the actual website and even tried using desktop only mode, but I'm still getting the "unexpected error" message no matter what I do.
6. But, when trying to sign up for an account with my email and a password, I only receive an "Unexplained error" message.
7. 😎Closed my account for "suspicious activity " after I attempted to transfer funds to a brokerage account.
8. I had a single transaction and the closed my account! Run run run! Don't let them have your money.
9. I had all of my independent contractors using lance as a recommendation but we will no longer be recommending it to out new hires as they clearly do not want to do business with you unless it is "mutually beneficial" like their ridiculous policy says.
10. No customer service eitherWorst account ever.
11. When I went to get the situation resolved, I was immediately told my account was being terminated.
