1. Lack of alt coins, setting up an account was a mission (used up 3 email addresses), and it's just straight up buggy.App is simple to use,seems to be up to date with prices as they change (within a few minutes at most).

2. Edit: reduced to 1 stars, taking over 2 weeks for FIAT verification.This app was awesome, could make split second trades and generally was good and easy to use.

3. E.g. Right now if you respond to an alert regarding a successful buy or sell, you get stuck on the order history screen and the back arrow doesn't take you anywhere.

4. I don't see why they can't add a setting to change back to the old UI.Like the service (nice selection of coins), but the app needs work.

5. I love the low fees, but other apps keep looking better every time I have to get to a desktop to make changes.

6. Another annoying thing is that there is no option for a screen with a white background, which makes it almost impossible to use outside if you have a screen protector.I get ZERO notifications from this app.

1. Fix Binance.US Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Binance.US: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Binance.US App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Binance.US" » Open Binance.US: Buy Bitcoin & ETH » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Binance.US » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Binance.US: Buy Bitcoin & ETH app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Binance.US servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Binance.US: Buy Bitcoin & ETH" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Binance.US app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Binance.US might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Binance.US. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Binance.US then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Binance.US not working
