1. Lack of alt coins, setting up an account was a mission (used up 3 email addresses), and it's just straight up buggy.App is simple to use,seems to be up to date with prices as they change (within a few minutes at most).

9. Just going to delete my account info and uninstall the app.Binance itself is a good platform.

10. Verification process takes forever, and if you submit a ticket with an attachment, the attachment isn't even looked at by customer service.

11. If you switch apps and come back to Binance it always says Network request failed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Binance.US Issues

1. Fix Binance.US Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Binance.US: Buy Bitcoin & ETH" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Binance.US app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Binance.US might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Binance.US. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Binance.US then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Binance.US not working


2. Fix Binance.US Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Binance.US be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Binance.US not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Hello binanceUS I want to withdraw my money in binance and have my account permanently deleted , EMAIL - JUDYRUSS93@redacted , have waited close to a month emailing the customer service and they can’t provide solution to my account that they disabled for no reason , I want my money and you can keep your account , made this law under ( CCPA ) and there’s a penalty charge for non compliance ($7500)

Hello guys. I recently signed up for an account. I put the wrong home address and now I am unable to verify my identity. I set up a new account but now can no longer use my cell phone number to verify my account. This is why I would like my first account completely wiped so as to free up my phone number so it can be used on my new corrected account. The phone number for the account is 3345908171. The email for the account to be deleted is juliusamaddox@redacted. I would really appreciate the help guys! Thank you
