1. Also the credit card payment updates and remaining credit update, pending payments, payment history should be able to be viewed.

2. However, it would have been nice to have been sent a notice that there may be some issues, because its scary to think you can't login to your account and access your funds.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BlockFi Issues

1. Fix BlockFi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BlockFi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BlockFi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlockFi" » Open BlockFi: Buy and trade crypto » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlockFi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BlockFi: Buy and trade crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlockFi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlockFi: Buy and trade crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BlockFi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlockFi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BlockFi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlockFi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlockFi not working


2. Fix BlockFi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlockFi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlockFi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlockFi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

HI, just created my account Blokfi and forgot to subscribes to the bonus 250dollar ,the account has not even 1day ,please delete it .i Would like create a new one. thanks

Blockfi, Thank you for your platform and services you provide. At this time I'm making a request to delete my data/account. I no longer am active on Blockfi. I make this request under the Law and Amendments to the CCPA, in the form of Senate Bill 1121. If Blockfi is non-compliant of my account and data deletion request you will be penalized a $7,500 fine under CCPA and will have further investigation taken. Thank you for your time and services.
