Why should I report an Issue with Chartist - Forex Charts & More Tools?

1. also when you install the app it will ask you for permission to access your files your photos and all kinds of things If you deny permission the program works anywayI like it very much and used this version for the day and what a surprise to see myself scoring on EURGBP and GBPUSD today, but I'd love to see more popular pairs and Indices added to the *Currency Strenght Meter* even if I have to pay for such an upgraded version! Could you come back to me on the above!Lord God to start then went downhill.

2. Thanks for this app, it can make a lot of advantage for the next update or improvements.do not install this program will take over your phone without advertising one after another you can exit the app.

1. Fix Chartist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chartist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chartist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chartist" » Open Chartist - Forex Charts & More Tools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chartist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chartist - Forex Charts & More Tools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chartist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chartist - Forex Charts & More Tools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chartist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chartist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chartist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chartist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chartist not working

2. Fix Chartist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chartist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chartist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chartist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
