1. You all should run from this app, it's not reliableI regret trading on this platform cos it has been so frustrating since early of this year! I'll have to wait for over a month before I can get my funds,for not they're no more responding to mg emails that was sent to them... I made a transaction on 10th of this month and I haven't receive my payment till now! Customer care number won't pick up or switched off.. This is so much irritating and annoying.. 2. But you guys should work on ur app I have been sending messages to start a trade and the message is not showing after pressing send... Maybe it's my phone or the app work on it.. This is my second time I could not trade with you because of this.... But you guys are trying Sha..I can't send btc to other addresses and there's no option to choose token to buy airtime from which makes it impossible to buy airtime.

3. Upgrade it or leave us to only use your website.This app is a scam app, I made a withdrawal to my bank account since on the 10th of November, till now, I haven't received a penny, they are not responding to me via email, I called their customer care line, it has been switched off since.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rocket be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rocket not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rocket may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
