1. The new BDO Online app offers you an upgraded experience, and lets you view and manage all your BDO accounts in an all-new interface.

Saves me time if I could just unlock my account using the fingerprint option and not manually typing it in.Worse technical problem encountered is that fingerprint scanner doesn't work most of the time, it's, second once you're in it crashes not completing my transactions then loop back to log in problems.
2. Everytime I need to log in, it always shows "Error" I used to consider it when its weekend but it pisses me off as even weekdays it shows same problem "Error" unable to proceed transaction try again later.
3. Previous update works fine but the latest one doesn't let you log in and locks your account after 3 attempts using biometrics.

8. Thank you.I cannot login to this app, I've got a lot of enrolled billers and accounts on this app that didn't migrate over BDO online app that's why I still need this one.
9. Fix this cause it's not helpful at all, i have a mobile banking app in the other bank.

11. Btw, BDO is a good bank, their card can be used outside Philippines.I just haven't had nearly as many problems with the app as so many others seem to have had.
