1. Saves me time if I could just unlock my account using the fingerprint option and not manually typing it in.Worse technical problem encountered is that fingerprint scanner doesn't work most of the time, it's, second once you're in it crashes not completing my transactions then loop back to log in problems.

1. Fix BDO Digital Banking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BDO Digital Banking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BDO Digital Banking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BDO Digital Banking" » Open BDO Digital Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BDO Digital Banking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BDO Digital Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BDO Digital Banking servers.
