1. Buggy (keeps logging me out every 2 days), unintuitive user experience - it's clear they haven't done research on what people want and how they use these kind of apps, very few options to invest (no international stocks), no clarity on what to do if you want to leave.

2. From US to Europe ETFs and recently they added Asian countries ETFs for you to tap on! The User Interface is clean and minimal which I like.Support outright refuses to answer any email, so I have long since moved to another investment platform.

3. Roach motel, best to avoid.Generally functional, but logging in is a hassle (how do i enable fingerprint unlock?) - i have to manually key in my email and password every single time.

4. Ridiculous.Edit: Kristal.ai technical support clarified how to get past the inactive lock screen, and now there is a fingerprint unlock feature as well! Great.Lousy UI with transparency issues.

1. Fix Kristal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kristal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kristal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kristal" » Open Kristal:Digital Wealth Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kristal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kristal:Digital Wealth Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kristal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kristal:Digital Wealth Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kristal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kristal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kristal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kristal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kristal not working

2. Fix Kristal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kristal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kristal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kristal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
