1. But I really like it now and would put it up against any other banking app for function and ease of use.The option to log in with your fingerprint just does not work.
2. This has been going on for months and I haven't seen any improvements with the numerous updates.I, like many reviews here, am no longer receiving push notifications through the app.
3. I am locked out of the app after entering the (correct) code texted to me.app keeps freezing, the fingerprint log in works, than seems to disappear as an option.
4. I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, but I'm considering switching banks if this isn't resolved soon.This entire experience of the switch is a mess.
5. Now everytime I try to login I see a spinning circle forever and it takes great patience and/or multiple tries to login.
6. I was excited when I finally got it, it seemed to work well with fingerprint access and mobile deposits.
7. The application has a bug with the latest version that displays a blank white screen at login prompt.
8. It will work for a few log ins, then I get a red exclamation point, and something to the effect of I don't have permission to do that....um, I'm just trying to log in! Then the screen freezes.
9. Everything should have been tested extensively, prepared, and debugged for a very long time before launch, which itself should have been a very smooth turnover.
10. Despite numerous tries to uninstall, reinstall, deleting cache and storage, app is still not working.
11. It appears that I can make a payment to my equity account now (like) and need a 6 digit pin instead of the 4 digits required by the old app (not a fan).
