1. Most recently, on the last update, the security key generator stopped working and since then it's not possible to use the app or login into the web application :(There's something wrong with this app, every time I open it a message saying 'app isn't responding' appears, so you press wait, it goes on to my account then the message pops up again.
2. Gave up and paid in manually.App has worked fine for me for years but after the last update only get a "something went wrong" message when trying to log on.
3. Please look into rectifying this ASAP.The simple act of paying a credit card balance is a multi screen process.
4. Which can be a ball ache when I want to reduce it before my will power gives in n I just spend it on rubbish 😬Tried to pay a cheque in and the app keeps saying hold still but if it genuinely means what it says I would need a tripod.
5. Everytime I select that option to takes me to a "logged out" screen so if I want to manage it, I need to go to the website and log in on that.
6. The credit card balance takes days to update.
7. A good way to get an overview of spending even whilst waiting for transactions to leave your account.
8. The only things that could be improved is paying in checks through the app due to bad opening times of local branches and being able to more easily budget on the app rather than using another app.
9. Do have changed back to 4 stars.Whilst the functionality and speed of the app is good, it is spoilt by the 'advertising' that appears at the top of the accounts list.
10. Although I still manage to do transfers it's clear there's a bug somewhere which doesn't give me any confidence when using the app.Great way to control your financing.
11. Everytime there was a major update, something stopped working.
