1. Trying to feedback on website and it also loops you back to login page.Not able to see credit card payment amount and due date for current billing cycle unless I download and open pdf bill.

Please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 1800 4722Why sign up for SCB esaver can but HSBC ega cannot?What is the unknown condition your oh so special bank requires that is not stated anywhere I did not fulfil? Wasting my time also without singpass,ask me go website to register but when i go to the website ask me go to the app.

3. Thanks for a horrible first time experience unlike DBS or SCB which was seamless and most importantly successful account opening.Absolutely terrible experience.

4. Also the standing instruction form is unnecessarily complicated- why not being able to do it within the app? The app as a whole is decent.The app information is so clear and easy to see all I need to know.

5. 🙄 Then when trying to setup/verify using card number and PIN on browser, it keeps giving an error.

6. Why have a chat function if it only responds to you at some random time, and requires you to be there to respond.

7. Hope not to update any new like Standard Chartered new format was so complicatedImpossible to setup my new online banking account.

8. Really waste my time in the end "Your application was not successful" with no reason given.

9. And if you don't respond, the ticket closes.The QR scan and pay often doesn't work even when downloading the QR image (eg for FDW employer levy).

10. App just redirects to a browser page, which tells me to download and use the app.

11. Gonna cancel my cards.In the past 3 weeks I have been unable to access the app on my android phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HSBC Singapore Issues
