1. Now they offer some of the best transaction accts., decent saving accts., & simplified their online & app login & security.It's now as good as the best banking apps!!! SHOULD BE ZERO STARS !!! Logon has been broken for almost a month.
2. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get my money transferred when I need to, considering I'm abroad and can't just walk into a branch.It's literally the worst and most infuriating application I have ever used! At no time was I able to generate a secure code to login to the application that generates security codes (can anyone else see a logic loop there).
3. App worked and now has stopped!No fast transfer, I've been calling and been told they are looking into it but it's still taking 2-3business days - it was supposed to be a feature of the new upgrade version released on 7th June.Nice app for everyday banking.
4. Very good convenient banking app.No PayID support No Fast Payment/Osko support No support for New Payments Platform (NPP) Unable to have unlimited time period i.e. Until I stop the scheduled payment.
5. It was a known issue on 8th June 2023 and not been fixed in version 3.35 from 13th June.Typical pathetic HSBC again.
6. Dealing with HSBC, the App,& online banking was a pain, including their online&app login process.
7. I will persist using HSBC but in all likelihood, I will swap again to another bank who is more update with todays customer banking needs.
8. Overall, for current day banking practices and requirements, HSBC banking is years behind its competitors.
9. Has not worked since they tried "added an extra layer of security to protect your account" changing from a password to "more secure" six digit pin.
10. The different applications used over the last 5 years will be the reason I am likely to never come back to HSBC.I had given HSBC 1 Star before.
11. Would be good to see the details of the loan like that in the desktop version without opening the statement.I gave the app a 1 star rating about a year ago.
