1. And although I was promised that there is no fee for such transfers between two Premier accounts, there always is a fee.It was working fine and all in a sudden I cannot input my password! No matter how many times I reinstall and update my phoneApp keeps crashing, and does not provide international support.I have trouble logging on, it does not recognise my password and sends me messages in Turkish even though I'm using English ,I have just updated this app (01/06/21) which I love and is a lifeline for me and now it is not working at all.
2. Terrible! Confusing! Illogical! Messy! All the different names for passwords, secure keys, digital keys, user names, ID, Instant User....none of them match on the app and on thw internet & when using internet you need the phone app!! Constantly getting blocked and logged out because none of the passwords or digital keys connect.
3. I have a new phone & now cannot access either internet or app as the secure key is stuck on old phone! I have currently spent more than 2 hours trying to access accountTerrible.
4. The worst and most frustrating of the 6 HSBC apps that I have 😡Difficult to get through the stages required to transfer money from HSBC in one country to HSBC in another country.
