I have only one suggestion....kindly make it simple....Basic services are avilable and no rewards history, provide scan and pay via credit card also it is very useful and easy to spend on merchants some credit card apps are providing scan and pay option bill payments kindly see this accordinglythere's a laundry list of problems 1.
2. On top it, the transaction history doesn't reflect the debit card transaction instantly, takes entire day to reflect that.Very bad experience about mobile application as well as with HSBC banking services.
3. Instead in app itself if you can provide a method to redirect that makes things easy (very very outdated, thing out of box).I regret signing up for an HSBC bank account and downloading this app only adds to my frustration.
4. Pls include credit card bill payment option in the app itself for all those customers who have just hsbc credit card.Worse app ever.
5. One fine day your records of credit card as well as debit card gets disappeared from mobile application.
6. My credit card account is not displaying after new update.
7. You lost access to your credit as well as debit cards cause of application bugs.
8. Sadly their on-call support is equally painful and doesn't recognise the number registered with bank.Sometimes transactions do not reflect in app even after two days.
9. First of all, it's very minimal and lacks to provide alot of functionalities that other banking apps provide.
10. So your only option is to call the customer support to get the account unlocked.
11. I had attempted to register 10 times already, and this application keeps throwing error forcing me to restart the entire process again and again.
