1. SBI Life Smart Advisor is a Mobile Application specifically developed to provide SBI Life Insurance Advisors access to their key business data like Policy & Customer details, Product & Premium details, News & Updates on SBI Life etc.

2. To register please use your Agency online id (example IA99999999) & agency online password. - Reports to check Policy List, Policy Details, Customer Details, Renewal Due List ,Maturity List etc. - Links to our website to check NAV, Download Forms etc.

3. Advisor has to select Renewal premium option from the menu they have simply key the policy number and dob of the customer on click button policy details will populate .

4. Once data would populate they have to key cheque or draft details and finally click on submit button.

5. We have integrated the payment acknowledgement module in this release of Smart advisor .

1. Having all details it always shows u r not authorized user whenever try to register.Unable to sign in using CIF code, always stuck on login pageRediculas app, it never works properly, always login and server issues.

2. I can easily upload any documents inconnection with requirements raised for proposals.A monthly consolidated Renewal list should appear in this app instead of weekly list.Insta piwc can be done easily.It takes time.It is my simplied to finish the verification quickly.

3. If u wanna build app please build it properly otherwise dont use trial and error method, fix the bugs properlyNot properly working...Late processing system.What sort of nonsense app this is, not working from more than 25 days.

4. In all other aspect my view is smart app for smart Advisors.I'm Unable to login in this app on my phone.

10. Each 2-3 days sbilife releasing new updates it is ridiculous and irritating.

1. Fix SBI Life Smart Advisor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBI Life Smart Advisor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBI Life Smart Advisor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBI Life Smart Advisor" » Open SBI Life Smart Advisor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBI Life Smart Advisor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBI Life Smart Advisor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBI Life Smart Advisor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBI Life Smart Advisor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBI Life Smart Advisor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBI Life Smart Advisor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBI Life Smart Advisor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBI Life Smart Advisor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBI Life Smart Advisor not working

2. Fix SBI Life Smart Advisor Server issues & Internet Connection
