Every time I try it goes right back to the login pageUseless app it doesn't work half the time and now I can't even log in it says my account is locked even though it isn't and I can log in just fine on the website it also doesn't show pending direct deposits either this app is a literal after thought it's bare bones trash with no features and it fails to function properly.Literally the only think I like about this app is the fact I can see how much I have in the bank.
2. I have been unable to access my account it has been escalated and I've talked to numerous supervisors and no results still I went into the bank to deposit a check and they will not do it because its through smart access.

Now more than ever we need a bank app that's reliable with a User Friendly Interface.This app is worthless now and the developers aren't even doing anything about it let alone they probably aren't even reading the feedback, I can log in with no problems but I have to manually put my information in whereas in the past it was already saved and one click away from logging in, developers you need to fix this and be on your jobEasy to navigate threw the app.
4. I have to drive 500 miles to cash a check becuase they refuse to cash our of state checks.I love, love the app! Easy to use, easy to navigate.

7. I have called for the last 2 weeks have talked to a handful of people all of which have not helped me access my account.
8. I chose this account because it was convenient since there is an actual bank associated with it and not just online.
9. Definitely happy now that I can add my card to certain money apps to make a quick transfer when needed in a emergency.
10. They said 10,000 was the deposit limit then changed it to 3,000 and said I've already exceeded that like they don't want you adding money.
11. I love how I can suspend the card if it's lost, stolen, or I don't want anyone using it without my permission.
Hello, I had my account under review for more than a year now with funds in it and still under review, I cant access my account nor can I get my money and I will want to update the email on it to get further information
