1. this app does function well and is user friendly but pointless if you can't log on.This app doesn't even complete login! It just constantly loads.

2. Make it work or remove "Android App on Google Play" from the website.For being a multi billion dollar company you think they would have a better app than this garbage especially when it handles people finances.

1. Fix MyLifeNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyLifeNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyLifeNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyLifeNow" » Open MyLifeNow - JHRPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyLifeNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyLifeNow - JHRPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyLifeNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyLifeNow - JHRPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyLifeNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyLifeNow might not work.
