About SBI Quick

1. This service can only be activated for the mobile number that is registered for a particular account with the Bank. 2.

2. Is it mandatory that the mobile number to be used for SBI Quick has to be registered with the Bank for that particular account? Yes.

3. SBI Quick – MISSED CALL BANKING is an app from SBI which provides Banking services by giving a Missed Call or sending an SMS with pre-defined keywords to pre-defined mobile numbers.

4. Just one time registration from the mobile number recorded with Bank for that particular Account. 2.

5. What If I have two account numbers with the Bank with the same mobile number mentioned on both?

6. If you want to change the mapped account number, you first need to de-register SBI Quick from the first account and then register for the second one.

7. Now find address and location of SBI Branches, ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines and CSP (Customer service point) through SBI Quick.

8. If you keep the call active till the IVR is played, you will be charged for these 3-4 seconds as per their mobile tariff plan. 3.

9. Similarly, for availing the benefits of this functionality by sending an SMS (as BAL, MSTMT, REG, DREG, CAR, HOME, HELP), you will be charged for SMS as per their mobile tariff plan.

10. You can register 1 mobile number for any one of the accounts.

SBI Quick Customer Insights

1. What is the problem?It will be nice If there are options like Bank statement between selected dates, all transactions history...etc.I need statements of previous one or two years.It is showing only 6 months statement.In my first experience with sbi quick I got solution within 5 min.

10. Also, there were no problems of ifsc code,branch code,etc as there were only 2 steps - entering of last four digits of the card and sending an automatic SMS.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SBI Quick Issues

1. Fix SBI Quick Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart SBI Quick: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SBI Quick App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBI Quick" » Open SBI Quick » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBI Quick » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SBI Quick app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBI Quick servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBI Quick" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SBI Quick app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBI Quick might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SBI Quick. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBI Quick then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBI Quick not working

2. Fix SBI Quick Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBI Quick be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBI Quick not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SBI Quick may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
