1. Dont work on my Samsung A6.Complete messDear, there are 2 thing bad in this Apps , One thing the history inter and out money to the account.. is not complete apper when you search or sometime if search just closed date can see and the old history can't see it .. for example one person pay for me 200 per month credit back, when I search about paying times I'm not see the complet payings times.. the old or earlier paying can't see it .. the Apps closed fast even if you busy with pay invoice for example.. Thanks to make better ..In average a good app.

2. So if you dont know dutch or french don't use bpost bank services.Safe? App stay open after screen closes.

3. As the web interface was removed one is completel stuck.This bank is not for everyone only for the people who knows french and dutch there is no option for other languages.

4. I would really like the option to cancel an expected transaction like a paypal transaction just in case a wrongful transaction has occured and you wan't to decline it.Good experience, was bugging in the beginning but the app got better with updates.

5. There is no option to get verified in an other way (magic email link, authentication app, ItsMe,...). Clearing the Cache, all settings, or reinstalling the app doesn't give joy.

6. When clicking to fast on the 'gepland' tab (dutch language) it doesn't load the expected transaction but just returns the normal list.

7. Also, I've noticed it keeps the last page open, so doesn't seem as secure as the old app.Its a nice looking app after the update.

8. While other apps have no issue this app fails to provide access using fingerprint scan.

9. This bank has fallen behind as of late compared to the competition but still charges a premium amount of money.I do not like the new app.

10. + this bank only offers Maestro cards which aren't always accepted outside of the Eurozone.

11. Can the app get expense manager features in the near future?Used to run smooth for years but lately more often as not logging into the app fails.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MOBILEbanking smartphone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOBILEbanking smartphone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
