1. Latest version available on app store is 2.3.1 and developer asks to update to 2.3.2 , how can I do so? Please fix ASAP.Using Version 2.3.2 on Android 13, Samsung One UI 5.1 During the initial registration, after entering the username, the focus goes to sms app and then never goes back.

2. Can you help with this? Tried clearing app cache, data and reinstalling.Have been using the SBI secure OTP app for a few years now.

3. But the latest release (2.3.0) continues to crash - and yes I've tried removing app data and cache and re-tried numerous times.

4. Fix urgently!I have been using this app since year now, today unfortunately it freeze after I enter my login PIN, I have uninstalled and tried to register again, but it freezes in the first page, I am not able to login using sbi online and change the verification to SMS also.

5. If you can't fix such a major issue for more than month, then roll back to previous working version of the app.I have been using SBI Secure OTP app for many years.

1. Fix SBI Secure OTP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBI Secure OTP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBI Secure OTP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBI Secure OTP" » Open SBI Secure OTP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBI Secure OTP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBI Secure OTP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBI Secure OTP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBI Secure OTP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBI Secure OTP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBI Secure OTP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBI Secure OTP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBI Secure OTP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBI Secure OTP not working

2. Fix SBI Secure OTP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBI Secure OTP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBI Secure OTP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SBI Secure OTP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
