1. Please note that after de-registration of the app, user will start receiving the OTP in registered mobile number with Internet Banking.
2. SBI Secure OTP is an OTP generation App for verifying transactions done through SBI Internet Banking and Yono Lite App.
3. The application will generate Online OTP with Internet connectivity ON.
4. User can click on the de-register option provided in the "Settings" menu within the application.
5. Alternatively visit Onlinesbi and go to "Profile>> High Security Option" and deregister the SBI Secure OTP App from there to complete the de-registration process.
6. One time registration with your Internet Banking credentials is required for using the App.
7. OTP can be generated using the application after completion of registration process.
8. User can generate Online OTP after login to the application.
9. The application will replace the need for receiving the OTP for INB transactions via SMS.
10. Service provider independent, hassle free OTP service is now available to customer.
1. Latest version available on app store is 2.3.1 and developer asks to update to 2.3.2 , how can I do so? Please fix ASAP.Using Version 2.3.2 on Android 13, Samsung One UI 5.1 During the initial registration, after entering the username, the focus goes to sms app and then never goes back.

3. But the latest release (2.3.0) continues to crash - and yes I've tried removing app data and cache and re-tried numerous times.
4. Fix urgently!I have been using this app since year now, today unfortunately it freeze after I enter my login PIN, I have uninstalled and tried to register again, but it freezes in the first page, I am not able to login using sbi online and change the verification to SMS also.
5. If you can't fix such a major issue for more than month, then roll back to previous working version of the app.I have been using SBI Secure OTP app for many years.

10. I tried most of the common solutions uninstall/reinstall, clear cache and data but it's all fruitless.
11. Now getting OTP via SMS.I am one of the thousands of users who has been let down by the latest version of the app.
