1. This is beyond improvement, a total overhaul is all that can save this.Cannot attach files, I click on attach doc and choose photo library but it doesn't take me to gallery or does anything after that, please fix the bugSuddenly everytime I try to login it signs me out automatically again or even the app crashes! Deleted and installed the app and still same issue! Can't logonthe app requires a number of improvements.

2. When they called to offer the policy, fast! But when you call them, nahh!Cannot upload documents if scanned and saved on the device... the only option is to take Picture by Camera for all documents and they reply to me it is not clear need them scanned.

3. Password complexity requirements are weird, it doesn't allow special characters, authentication needs to be simplified big time.Terrible I have downloaded the updates version of the app.

4. it must allow you to login using finger print and stay signed in so you donot have to enter password it everytime you login.

5. It's not just me, every single friend I know who is using the app is having the same issue.Worst. I've been calling the hotline that's in the app, but it's a non working number.

6. And contacted the CS via email as advised however until this moment I cannot access my account Tried the password, and even tried to reset nothing is working.

7. when taking an image snap, it should allow cropping/color adjustment so image quality can be improved as you attach a document.

8. Despite the option to save your credentials, you have to input your password every time.

9. Instead, you're required to take a screenshot of each page of your documents before you can upload.

10. The worst thing by far is the inability to upload pdf.

11. support for attaching pdf/word files should be available.
