1. Seems like it needs some big bug fixes and a user interface overhaul to really be a great trading tool.Devs need to stop adding new features.

2. Certainly not paying $120/yr for what it's free through most other services (export to excel, and improved search is nice to be fair).Valuable information, with a compromise.

3. I pay for premium but because of glitches on basic things it does not feel like a premium product worthy of a price equivalent to Netflix, etc.I really want to like this app, but it is so sluggish.

4. Instead fix the interface so it isn't in random colors, all the text is visible, and things load in a reasonable amount of time.

5. The web application still works fine, and I get normal atom and atom+ push notifications on my phone as usual, but just cannot seem to access the app.

1. Fix Atom Finance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Atom Finance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Atom Finance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Atom Finance" » Open Atom Finance: Invest Smarter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Atom Finance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Atom Finance: Invest Smarter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Atom Finance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Atom Finance: Invest Smarter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Atom Finance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Atom Finance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Atom Finance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Atom Finance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Atom Finance not working

2. Fix Atom Finance Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Atom Finance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Atom Finance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Atom Finance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
