In some devices, the user may have to allow sending the SMS from the outbox. •If there are multiple CIF's attached with same mobile number, system will prompt for the account number and DOB for finding out a unique customer by the mobile number. •If the customer is already having online banking facility of SBI, App will automatically prompt to proceed to register on YONO SBI app with existing user credentials (Online Banking User ID and Password).
2. User has to enter the OTP in the app to complete registration with an optional setting of MPIN. •If the existing SBI customer is not having Online banking credentials, App will prompt to proceed to create INB credential using "Account Details" and "ATM Card" based registration process. •If Non RMN SIM is selected, user will land on account opening screen.
3. The OS version under these sections will be updated 10 and above shortly. •Install/update new version of App from Play Store and open. •Allow all required permission (location, make/ manage phone calls). •An encrypted SMS with a unique code will be sent from the device to Bank’s VMN (Virtual Mobile Number) to verify the customer.
4. If customer claims that selected SIM is already registered with bank, user needs to visit nearest branch with KYC for validating the mobile number in bank account.

I would rather go and open an account in some other bank where services are effective and efficient.Constant connection errors, difficult to navigate (I searched for Fasttag and got no results, only to find it is buried under "Quick Pay" under "Bill Payments" - and that doesn't work either), keeps failing to make transactions, doesn't show all the details of your account the way the Lite app does.... A very poor experience overallA completely governmental experience.

Does most of the job but isn't reliable.In the interface of the updated version of YONO SBI app, the option and menu have been put to the maximum, due to which its font has become smaller and smaller, due to which those who have difficulty in seeing or those who are wearing glasses, they may have more problems.
3. I tried resuming with the phone number and password but it doesn't work.
4. It's so difficult to personally visit the bank to get every issue solved because the app is completely useless.I wanted to open an insta savings account.
5. Since for some technical reason it didn't work out I had to send the money in parts.The UI is very non-interactive.
6. View transaction from main menu is bugged since months, doens't work most of the time.
7. The person who updated the app must have seen the invisible icon and font, that's why he has updated such nonsense.Many parts of app are not working.
8. The only other option is to login through website rather than app and add beneficiary.
9. Back press closes the entire app when in middle of some pages rather than going back on previous screen.
10. One improvement which would be helpful is as follows: There needs to be an option to simply add new beneficiary.
