1. If it's not fixed soon will have to find an alternative.I dont receive notifications and end up missing out on alot of work, I've contacted support and all they do is tell me to turn on my notifications even after I respond telling them it did nothing, which I've done multiple times in addition to other things I've tried myself to fix the issue.

2. Theres no other fields to enter an old password, and I cannot leave the new password page.

3. This is a technology, you have to plan your business accordingly and change some routines.It helps immensely.Downloaded the app, put in my username and temporary password.

4. Prompted me to create a new password, however it denies me saying "cannot leave old password blank".
