Much less complicated than tawk.to but then much fewer options even on the free trial which I am on now! App response is slightly delayed in comparison to tawk.to but if Jivo stays reliable after my free trial, it'll prolly be my go to live chat app because of it's simplicity.

2. The messages don't sync properly, it takes about 10 seconds more for the message to appear on my Android phone, either Tawk or LiveChat don't have this delay.

3. Why posting an app that really doesn't work.Unreliable notifications, cant stop the app from vibrating or waking phone.

1. Fix JivoChat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JivoChat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JivoChat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JivoChat" » Open JivoChat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JivoChat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JivoChat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JivoChat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JivoChat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JivoChat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JivoChat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JivoChat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JivoChat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JivoChat not working

2. Fix JivoChat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JivoChat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JivoChat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JivoChat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
