What else can be expected.This app is broke, it doesn't show the every package you've subscribed, instead it says you have not subscribed any packages, and if it shows, it shows the all packages data altogether which is not okay because we can't differentiate among data of different packages subscribed at one time, and not showing pakge expery date could you please give us some improvements regarding jazz world app?Jazz network had been the best network of all time.

Thank YouThis app have got so many issues.Everytime you recharge the app will start having technical issues and with in a minute your balance will ne be zero and sometimes it will send notification of subscription but only on app like a fake one.In real there is no subscription message.If it would have been possible I would have burn this whole network,that's how much I get depressed and frustrated from using this app.One more thing your recharge appears in episodes like soap opera 's episode .I do have a good experience but it doesn't show some options which was already being experienced.

But not showing my numbers detail, name and number and other four numbers detail which I added, even I have reinstalled the app but facing same problemAt first free mbs were given in the whole day but from 6 to 9 or 10 pm this package of internet was forbidden to use but now we can use them in 24 hours which is delightful for us thanks to the network jazz for it's Great changes in there service number one telecommunications network serviceNew update is( this version) is not working.

4. Like In my case I use your package infinity but it doesn't show likewise some other things.🥸App not working since last update, it is showing all packages details etc.

5. I subscribed a 1 hour package of internet to download some files and it didn't even work.

6. Ir always says you're not subscribed to any package.

7. Doesn't even show your correct mobile balance.

8. The prices of packages are different on app and different when sent by msgs.

9. Sometime i subscribe to an offer which is monthly, But it doesn't work on next Day.

1. Fix SIMOSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SIMOSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SIMOSA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SIMOSA" » Open SIMOSA - Jazz World » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SIMOSA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SIMOSA - Jazz World app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SIMOSA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SIMOSA - Jazz World" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SIMOSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SIMOSA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SIMOSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SIMOSA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SIMOSA not working


2. Fix SIMOSA Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SIMOSA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SIMOSA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SIMOSA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
