1. In rare cases when goes further it shows the various promos and fantastic offers, but doesn't allow to manage your account (switching off marvellous claro packages is impossible) The worst is that are no other options in this country.It's a useful app even though it's a little choppy to load stuff.

2. it always takes too much time to log in the app and see my data, when i open the app it prompts me the login screen but never load the user page, then i have to minimize the app and wait for it to autologin in background, theres some 2 min spent just waiting to see my user data everytime i want to check my consumption.So far everything is going well.

3. It doesn't appear you need to wait for hours! And it consumed all my load when I try to change my data plan when it's about to finish.

4. The app is bad and is just a container the web version with minor additions like fingerprint support, so is rather better use the web version.The app regularly stops at the moment of the number identification and doesn't open.

5. Took me a day before I gave up, can't have a sim card in Brazil as a tourist?As a new customer it seems it took the portal a few days to setup.

6. Unbelievable complicated for a tourist to get a sim card, even more complicated to charge it, and even more complicated to get the regular credit card to work in the app.
