1. Beware! They will bill for services every month but when their systems break, no support or resolution.Found the app totally useless as it has failed to work every time when I tried it from my web site.

2. Why is v3.009 not compatible with Android 7, 8, etc? Playstore details does not indicate which OS are compatible?So, the interface on this chat app is great and everything... Only, it doesn't generally do a good job of connecting in real time.

3. Also tried second android phone - exactly the same - no notifications (just email saying you missed the chat)Absolute trash service.

1. Fix Pure Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pure Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pure Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pure Chat" » Open Pure Chat - Live Website Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pure Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pure Chat - Live Website Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pure Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pure Chat - Live Website Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pure Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pure Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pure Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pure Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pure Chat not working

2. Fix Pure Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pure Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pure Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pure Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
