This app has a location issue as it apparently fails to fetch the coordinates and this obvious as I am required to give coordinates every time I submit an issue in addition to comment data submission reoccurring error to try again while it is already uploaded.This app has a bad user experience and its complicated and confusing a little, they should make some effort who ever company is developing and atleast copy AD police app, everytime i try to use this app there is some error and i need to contact support, I tried renewing my license and the screen kept freezing and still cant renew till now, this app needs better UI/UX and to be more stable.Not able to apply for any service.

I would like to see a dashboard with data, highlights (such as AD police app), documents should be named properly, not that I need to guess what kind of document it is.Not user-friendly, you need to start all over again from the main menu if you have multiple jobs, if error occurs before submitting, that is it, you can't fix it and need to start al over again.It looks a simple web-based app instead if compared to AD police app that's full of features from hold pressing icon to stable version.

Cant even raise complaint via app.All the services all available and easy to use4 star because its a bit slow, but very easy to use.Hello, Can you add a debit card for the payment method,please.So that the debit cardholder can successfully process their transactions.Best regards , thank youThis app don't work without update if I am in a hurry and need to book a complaint still I have to update ... Too badThis app makes me cry.

1. Fix TAMM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TAMM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TAMM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TAMM" » Open TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TAMM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TAMM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TAMM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TAMM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TAMM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TAMM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TAMM not working

2. Fix TAMM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TAMM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TAMM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TAMM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
