I uninstalled this POS the same day, and somehow lost over 100MB of storage in the process despite not having 1 file on my device to show for it.Its the best in the free scan apps but when the book has a table near the top, it will treat that as the border which would distort the page dramatically.

My review is 4 of 5 stars, only because I have not fully utilized all of the features, but I will make a concentrated effort to do so very soon, and update the rating as needed (likely to a perfect 5).Ok, it took me some time to sync this with my Google account (may have just been an internet issue), but once that was done, it was easy-peasy.

8. On top of being able to backup the images to Google Drive, it's something anyone who needs to digitize documents needs.I'm never completely sure what I need to do to get an image into pdf and sent.

9. It's actually like magic how well it recognizes the border of a paper and perfectly gets a photo and straightens it from nearly any angle, like it actually feels like I went and scanned it on a digital scanner but so much easier.

10. I love that it automatically detects the edges of documents and adjusts the lighting to ensure that the scan is perfect.

1. Fix Adobe Scan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Adobe Scan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Adobe Scan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Adobe Scan" » Open Adobe Scan: PDF Scanner, OCR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Adobe Scan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Adobe Scan: PDF Scanner, OCR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Adobe Scan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Adobe Scan: PDF Scanner, OCR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Adobe Scan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Adobe Scan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Scan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Adobe Scan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Adobe Scan not working

2. Fix Adobe Scan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Adobe Scan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Adobe Scan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Adobe Scan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
