K4 Wallet Customer Insights
1. I thought this app need to fix sooner or uninstall immediately!This app will not even open complete waste of time tried it twice same useless resultI was scammed and it was very easy to recover my funds through the support of klever wallet but they didn't.
2. The klever wallet has many more options than i have technical skills! I'm sure there are still a few bugs to work out but that's to be expected.
3. When you initiate a swap, the swap will fail if the asset is that a greater price than when you place the order.
4. I can see the updated, accurate info once I search for and click on the coin I traded for, but the main page shows the wrong info.Huge bugs here... The app won't be opened.
5. I have never purchased anything from them because out of a $50.00 purchase they typically take about $14.00. Its secure for holding your crypto especially alt coins, has great staking interest, and is very fast with transfers.One of the best wallets out there.
6. So if you order a swap at 5, and the asset goes up to 7, your swap will fail.
7. If you plan to download this app make sure you are using Android 9 or higher and have at least 3 GB of RAM.Had a question about security, got a 3 paragraph response in 10 minutes.
8. When a coin price is dropping and you need to make a trade quickly, it can be frustrating seeing all of your transactions fail.
9. My only complaint is some of the buttons in the wallet can be confusing, such as having the option to stake and freeze (basically the same thing).
10. But if you order a swap at 5 and it goes down to three, your swap will execute.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix K4 Wallet Issues
1. Fix K4 Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart K4 Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the K4 Wallet App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K4 Wallet" » Open K4 Wallet » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K4 Wallet » click "UPDATE".
- Clear K4 Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K4 Wallet servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K4 Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check K4 Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K4 Wallet might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall K4 Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K4 Wallet then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K4 Wallet not working
2. Fix K4 Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K4 Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to K4 Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, K4 Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Good Afternoon,
As I get off work today, from preparing tax returns like I have been doing all year. I log in to my klever wallet to find that $1,000 worth of XRP and TRX have been transferred to an address that I am not familiar with. I have no way of getting that back or any type of remedy. i have a problem in sending trx to btc in my Klever wallet as a swap... trx to btc ... ITS ALMOST 2 HOURS NOW AND NO CONFIRMATION .. MAYBE THE NETWORK IS SWAMPED i dont know .. but my klever wallet shows the receiving address as TXapQNRb5ZAssLsVDgDTBGEC8XNQPbXMaA which is not the address of the BTC wallet the btc is supposed to be going to to! this address is a trx type of explorer address ... what is wrong that I cannot get a confirmation and swap after two hours ?please advise.
