1. The desktop version is great, but the app is clunky and often leads to customers complaining about the response timesIt will truly be great if there's an option of choosing or customizing the notification sound (just like in Freshdesk).
2. The UI is Basic which needs a lot of improvement now because of companies switched to the chat support and you people need to work on the basic issues first and also after closing the chat it is still visible until you close the application and reopen it.You have improved on speed.
3. I am still disappointed I cannot assign my own custom sound.2 Things that are really needed: 1) the ability for the agent to go offline if they are busy! 2) to get a notification sound each time the customer replies.
4. That seems simple enough.Active chats message are not visible until you got back on chats assigned page and again open the chat which is probably a Noticeable Issue and yet it's not be resolved.
5. Also, hoping there's an option to modify the name and email address (just like in desktop) so it will not be a hassle anymore to switch from phone app to desktop just to edit the name and email address.
6. The Freshdesk app has this feature yet in Freshchat, where it's arguably more important to set a distinct notification sound, it's completely absent.
7. It doesn't need to do it all, bit it would be great if I could at least chat to people as they visit the site.
8. Main issue is the home screen showing recent conversations constantly reverts to conversations that are atleast 4 weeks old, I have to wait until a new message is received before I can find the conversation again.
9. I'm not going to look at my phone *everytime* I hear a notification sound.
10. Thanks But kindly add edit or delete button for the messages as sometimes we are unable to edit or delete the message wrongly sent to the person.
11. Currently you only get one notification when the chat first gets initiated.
