However, there still remain a number of issues: typing will not always type where the cursor is placed in the document sometimes jumping lines of text where there is a clear break, as a fiction writer I find the autocorrect to be far too aggressive sometimes changing text already written when I'm adding to it and changing common and uncommon names to common text are my main problems with this app necessitating extensive editing in a desktop or laptop are my main issues.

2. For example, I used to be able to encrypt files or save them as other types of files, now I cannot!!! Greedy and shameless thieves!I like the app but for several months now I have an issue where I can no longer save a modified document back to Google Drive.

7. It can't keep indents or other formatting like italics when copying/pasting to other docs/websites, which is something I thought would be a given that came with purchasing the program rather than going the free route.

8. I had bought the Professional version, now these scamsters have apparently removed all of those professional features and I would have to pay them again to get those features back - and this time as a recurring subscription fee.

9. I've owned this on 3 different phones, and even with a very fast processor, and newest sofwtare, the program lags while typing.

10. If I have a misspelled word, when I go with the suggestion, it drops the last letter of the corrected word.The past two upgrades have introduced errors in the word processing portion of this suite.

1. Fix OfficeSuite Pro + PDF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OfficeSuite Pro + PDF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OfficeSuite Pro + PDF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OfficeSuite Pro + PDF" » Open OfficeSuite Pro + PDF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OfficeSuite Pro + PDF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OfficeSuite Pro + PDF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OfficeSuite Pro + PDF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OfficeSuite Pro + PDF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OfficeSuite Pro + PDF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OfficeSuite Pro + PDF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OfficeSuite Pro + PDF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OfficeSuite Pro + PDF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OfficeSuite Pro + PDF not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OfficeSuite Pro + PDF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
