IndiaMART Customer Insights

1. When I faced problem in 2019 and after using thos app service for 6 momts I stop further service but Jaipur Branch Manager revert me back on IM in 2021 with a promise for better service but result is Zero.

2. The team was responsive and helpful in answering my questions andWhen I have messaged to one local buyer for product details I'm automatically being connected to all buyers in India.

3. Let us think and decide to call any seller."I recently purchased a school ID card with a multicoloured ribbon from Softecsol and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

4. The process of ordering the ID card was seamless and the customer service from Softecsol was excellent.

5. If you search something on Homepage, all sellers starts calling you on your registered number which is kind of disturbing.

6. Is there any way just to peacefully look for something without getting useless calls? Or uninstalling is the only option.Unfortunately you cannot buy single or two products from any seller.

7. But all time I faced a same issue that the customer support team is not helpful.

8. Slightly disappointed but happy to see that this app is exclusively good for sellers and bulk buyers.

9. I'm unable to find delete option for the messages in chat sent for the other buyers as well.

10. Everytime even if you just type something, the app posts it as a requirement n then starts a series of nagging calls, whatsapp & SMS's.

11. I make a complaint regarding this time to time but always they promise to serve me better but the result is Zero.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IndiaMART Issues

1. Fix IndiaMART Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IndiaMART: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IndiaMART App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IndiaMART" » Open IndiaMART - B2B Marketplace » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IndiaMART » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IndiaMART - B2B Marketplace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IndiaMART servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IndiaMART - B2B Marketplace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IndiaMART app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IndiaMART might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IndiaMART. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IndiaMART then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IndiaMART not working


2. Fix IndiaMART Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IndiaMART be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IndiaMART not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IndiaMART may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
