It helps, but is a bit inconvenient to do it every time.Awful. - notifications don't work (even after doing all that support suggested) - desktop version just gets frozen and you have to 'kill' it before you can switch between chats again - browser version just stopped loading on 11/25/2020 Our company switched from Slack expecting seamless performance from Twist.

2. Twist has Teams in place of Servers, Channels in place of Categories, and Threads in place of Channels, so the fact that you can't move Messages in Discord is the same as being unable to move Comments on Twist.

3. The push notification allows reading and replying but tapping it to enter the app causes the notification and the bubble to disappear.My husband and I've been using Todoist for 5+years and life became full of things to do with less time in hand once we had a kid.

4. Twist works better but is more confusing.the design & setup makes for a neat app, however, I'm part of a buy/sell group, & sales happen within minutes of listing...& I haven't gotten ANY notifications, which means I miss ALL sales.

1. Fix Twist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Twist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Twist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twist" » Open Twist: Organized Messaging » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Twist: Organized Messaging app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twist: Organized Messaging" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Twist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Twist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twist not working

2. Fix Twist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
