1. Really great for work! If the work schedule is changed, or your personal worked hours are changed, it shows & you find out & see what was instantly! You always know when you're supposed to come in.

2. All in all, it's good for what you need it for, which is knowing your work schedule.👍I was under the impression that this would be fully functional from home just like at store.

4. Very dissapointing from a store managers perspective! This was all advertised to be much better than it actually turned out to be.Disappointed. It's great for just knowing what you work that day, but anything beyond that its just not capable of.

5. The app is fully updated, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix the issue, and restarting my phone didn't work either.

6. I loved the prior version it was a great way to keep track of my schedule and see any changes the boss made in real time.Apps not bad, but not great either.

7. The profile option in the menu does nothing when clicked, and it has an option to sync your shifts, in the settings, to your Callander but doesn't work.

8. Some features are nice like the calendar sync, some barely work like shift preferences, and some are just buggy.

1. Fix Legion Work Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Legion Work: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Legion Work App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Legion Work" » Open Legion Workforce Engagement » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Legion Work » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Legion Workforce Engagement app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Legion Work servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Legion Workforce Engagement" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Legion Work app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Legion Work might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Legion Work. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Legion Work then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Legion Work not working

2. Fix Legion Work Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Legion Work be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Legion Work not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Legion Work may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
