1. Also makes it difficult to distinguish between tabs, all the same sizes.The boards will load sometimes and not others VERY frustrating!!! I actually hate it and thins Samsung notes is much better!I do love this app but lately it doesn't let me open some of the boards, it just stays on the loading page and doesn't go any furtherUpdate: With a very prompt response and help from the boards team my app is working again!! Thank you!! I can't seem to get a Board shared with me to show up on my Boards app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Boards.com Issues

1. Fix Boards.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Boards.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Boards.com App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boards.com" » Open Boards.com » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boards.com » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Boards.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boards.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boards.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Boards.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boards.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Boards.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Boards.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Boards.com not working


2. Fix Boards.com Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Boards.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Boards.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Boards.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
