1. After contacting Customer Support, it took a few days (and numerous emails) to find a solution...which they did! Thank you Bob, for being thorough, patient, and determined to make sure the customer was satisfied.For longtime users, note that new versions of Android will disable the premium key from being able to run in the background, which makes it appear that you don't have premium anymore, but you can turn that off in your Android settings 👍 there is the app, and the premium key app, so make sure you're changing it for the right one.

2. The ads on my new phone are very intrusive and I want to remove them and pay the developers.Been using the full version for 5 years with minimal issues.

3. I'd have gladly paid for an annual license.Been using this app for more than 10 years with only minor issues related to device updates...nothing Dataviz could control.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Docs To Go Issues

1. Fix Docs To Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Docs To Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Docs To Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Docs To Go" » Open Docs To Go™ Office Suite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Docs To Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Docs To Go™ Office Suite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Docs To Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Docs To Go™ Office Suite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Docs To Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Docs To Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Docs To Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Docs To Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Docs To Go not working


2. Fix Docs To Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Docs To Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Docs To Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Docs To Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
