1. This app is masterclass --I wonder which development company build it-- for a few worth mentioning: good design, simplicity, very clean and pleasing to look at, enough detail on any single page, very intuitive --you can just feel it how at ease you find yourself at first use.

6. Then days later, my upcoming hotel booking was cancelled! Had to make international call, turns out all online transactions are blocked without notice due to "migration" to new card.
7. Calling CitiPhone Banking was no help; in fact, they seemed unwilling to listen to my issue, let alone help me.Customer service only reply once a day! Very bad service.
