1. I tried making a deposit today several times and it still either crashes immediately or goes back to the previous screen when you take a photo of the front.App is not bad but compared to other bank apps I've used, this is the absolute worst one.
2. I have uninstalled this app numerous times.This banking app seems to have more issues than any other banking app I've experienced, frozen screen when trying to sign in, the never ending spinning circle of death... I see it all the time.
3. To fix this issue, set the device font size to max so the text goes beyond the viewport and allows scrolling to bottom, and try enabling biometrics again.Overall, I love the app.
4. My MAIN issue is that for 4 months now, every time I open the app the loading wheel just spins and spins and spins, it won't load unless you close it and open it again.
5. I'm unable to capture any checks, it either captures the front then goes back to the previous screen or crashes before you capture anything.
6. I transfer money, pay my bills, I have direct deposit, and I mean... I have to deposit money via an envelope and can't do it via ATM like other Banks but that's nothing to do with the app.
7. Over the past 6-8 months I have been getting an error when trying to log in indicating there is an issue with my internet connection.

9. It routinely gives error of "it appears you have taken 2 pictures of the front of the check,yet the preview images clearly show one picture of the front and one of the back of the check.
10. EDIT: This problem has been going on for years, across multiple phones both apple and android.
11. I have a second account with US Bank and I must say that I'm much happier with the experience I get from their banking app over this one.This app was great, but now it is no longer working.
