What users are saying

1. It was not! If you click reset password it says, For new online customer enrollment only.. I'm sorry but I am not going to call in everytime I want to make a payment on my credit card they charge extra for that and I refuse to do so.

2. I will never understand why techs feel the need to fix what is NOT broken, only to break it.Each time I go to open this app, I have to reset password or user ID because you can't get access.

3. Closing the account and initiating arbitration. After doing some research this app is only for people that have bank account with FPB not credit card accounts.

4. This is asinine.Doesn't even let you log in...says authentication invalid.. Same credentials work on the website just fine...insulting receiving an email saying to try it when I've been unable to use it since release.

5. Unbearably bad!JUNK APP!! When I tried to log onto the web to pay my credit card bill it told me basically this option and site were no longer available.

6. Turns out as of October 2019 the old app will stop work leaving all the credit card user out to dry.

7. Now I have no access to my account, get no statements, no way to pay my credit card.

8. Doesn't have access to my credit card anyways.

9. Sad you clearly don't care to did it! Wish I could do ZERO stars. It says my password is wrong but its the exact same password I use when I log onto their desktop site.

10. And still the next time I want to login my information is not exceptedThe worst! I've been a customer for 8 yrs.

11. First they changed the website so it's unusable, so I was FORCED to download this junk and it doesn't work either.
