1. **I'm not a lawyer, not legal advice** I would strongly suggest reading the most recent terms of service for the Fidelity Bank app, it appears to contain some very troubling legalese concerning customers privacy and ability to protect their information from government overreachThe app is really inconsistent about accepting mobile deposits.
2. Still liking it almost a year later.I've been using the mobile app for about a year now never had much issues just a couple times not to measure fixed within a couple minutes it is really easy to useThis app has the most problems of any banking app I have ever used.
3. Cannot make mobile deposits as the app crashes each time I try to take a snap of a check, entering a card ends up crashing the application, heck, I even think sneezing would end up crashing this app.
4. What's the deal guys?Great app, my only issue with it has been that the chronological order of transactions in transaction history isn't always correct and it can get confusing and make it difficult to keep track of my balance at times.

9. customer service mr told the app has bugs on Android phones to uninstall and reinstall.App worked perfect, for years, up until June 24th.
10. Fidelity needs to fix this if they want to keep customers!The app constantly has glitches that make it shut down or else it just simply won't open at all.
11. Kept telling me to check connectivity but I'm on a 5G phone eith 4 bars showing.
