1. Help me to explain what sellers and buyers what to accept.Paying for subscription doesn't let you bypass the inconvenience of limited/locked access and having to wait to be revalidated by a sales rep who doesn't work weekends or holidays like you do.Great app.

2. Screen goes black and the phone asks if I want to wait, close the app or send feedback.Features do not work, even after paying for Premium.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FidelityAgent ONE Issues

1. Fix FidelityAgent ONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FidelityAgent ONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FidelityAgent ONE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FidelityAgent ONE" » Open FidelityAgent ONE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FidelityAgent ONE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FidelityAgent ONE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FidelityAgent ONE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FidelityAgent ONE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FidelityAgent ONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FidelityAgent ONE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FidelityAgent ONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FidelityAgent ONE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FidelityAgent ONE not working


2. Fix FidelityAgent ONE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FidelityAgent ONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FidelityAgent ONE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FidelityAgent ONE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
