Why should I report an Issue with Fidelity Spire®: Save + Invest?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Fidelity Investments to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. With an option to section off a portion of account assets to one goal and have the remaining towards another? 2) be able to add notes to a goal.This app lacks a large number of features that the regular fidelity app has.

2. Stop scrolling users back to the top of page when we click back on something...I dont want to scroll all the way back down...just add a back to top button instead.Beta. Not sure about the many features but definitely like being able to do the accounting of my family goals.

3. It's poorly made in many ways; e.g. very poorly organized, and somewhat buggy - also like the main Fidelity app, really long login buffering.

4. It looks more "modern" but even as a millennial, I hope they continue to maintain their main fidelity app into the future.

1. Fix Fidelity Spire Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fidelity Spire: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fidelity Spire App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fidelity Spire" » Open Fidelity Spire®: Save + Invest » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fidelity Spire » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fidelity Spire®: Save + Invest app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fidelity Spire servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fidelity Spire®: Save + Invest" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fidelity Spire app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fidelity Spire might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fidelity Spire. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fidelity Spire then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fidelity Spire not working

2. Fix Fidelity Spire Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fidelity Spire be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fidelity Spire not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fidelity Spire may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
