1. This app adds hassels !!! Why the hell do i need to change the bloody password every 6 month ? & very old the previous passwords cannot be reused ? So over the years there will be tons of this complicated password to remember ? What a load of craps !!! Stop using this app to save all the hassels !!! Basically Stupid app !!!lm a new customer.
2. I can not believe an international bank can be like that.The app checked my identity with an sms and asked me to change my password, and then was unable to process it! Just said Error.
3. Thank you.hard to navigate and make transaction due to poor UX/UIFew breaking bugs on android: does not enable finger print authentication even though I already turned it on.
4. It does not provide sufficent information such as where and how the amount charged for.Lag, cannot exit on 'return' button.
5. Terrible experience.This app is horrible, have tried to set up for a week, installing app is no problem but can not log in, " site is experiencing technical difficulties please try again later" no matter how I try.
6. I do everything with my Samsung Note 8 (it does everything a computer can) and have never had a problem with any other site.
7. The password length was set to 14 characters, so app said that's wrong password if user owned the long pw.
8. Try later.... No support available... Tried multiple times but still getting the error.This app is super bad and difficult to use and always lag.
9. I hope your card is better than your app!the worst service ever while Citibank auto-extended and changed my account number.
