Then i contact to ime pay team but they told me that they don't have system to delete a/c😬 Only to block a/c I.e they keeps Our data & can use Our data when they want.☹️ So, unistall IME🙏Just giving random offers is not going to make up for the terrible UI, its so ugly i dont want to use it just because of that.While I tried to update kyc, in documents preview option, it shows other option and some time apps log out itself.It might sound crazy or stupid, but the reason I don't use IME Pay is that its app doesn't have a dark mode.

3. The white theme is just a turn-off 😏It's good to use but the extra charge of rs.10 while transferring to bank account is somewhere not okVery poor experience.

4. When I open the app, the ultra bright white theme hits so rudely right onto my eyes which are accustomed to black theme on the phone for years.

5. #scam 😡😡Internet problem And sometimes it charge to much money while sending rechargeI receive remittance, mobile top up bank transfer is very like very fast app l like this app.

7. I am a regular user of imepay app but one thing I usually miss is cumulative balance after every transaction.

1. Fix IME Pay- Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IME Pay-: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IME Pay- App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IME Pay-" » Open IME Pay- Mobile Digital Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IME Pay- » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IME Pay- Mobile Digital Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IME Pay- servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IME Pay- Mobile Digital Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IME Pay- app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IME Pay- might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IME Pay-. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IME Pay- then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IME Pay- not working

2. Fix IME Pay- Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IME Pay- be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IME Pay- not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IME Pay- may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
