You can't find what a particular payment was for, unless you share it with someone while making a transaction.The app informs me that the session has expired when I'm paying my credit card bill? how the meeting might be Expires in the midst of the payment gateway, which is a truly awful experience.
2. Now it taking really lots of time to load, I was trying to check my credit card details status, but the apps keep loading and loading, I waited for more than 30 minutes still on loading.
3. Overall I'll rate the app 4.5/5 starsThis app really needs a work, it's automatical log out system is worst, if you want to see the receipt of old transaction, you won't be able to, all you get is small history of payment without any details.
4. But you can't set or get new mPIN using reset option.For credit card, Not user friendly.

6. Stop updating your app without thinking of your costumer, specially old age people takes time to adjust to app but you keep changing your whole interface.Now, it's more than 10 days and still can't see account details.

8. Looks like axis Bank is manipulating the reviews as in the review section majority have given 1/2 ⭐ however the ratings shows 4.8 which can't be believed.
9. As a reputable banking tool, Axis bank urgently needs to address these problems.Be safe hacked.
10. Second, you can't lookup memo details of the payment you have made previously.
11. Even bank person also unable to help for this application.Getting worse experience.
