1. You can't find what a particular payment was for, unless you share it with someone while making a transaction.The app informs me that the session has expired when I'm paying my credit card bill? how the meeting might be Expires in the midst of the payment gateway, which is a truly awful experience.

2. Now it taking really lots of time to load, I was trying to check my credit card details status, but the apps keep loading and loading, I waited for more than 30 minutes still on loading.

8. Looks like axis Bank is manipulating the reviews as in the review section majority have given 1/2 ⭐ however the ratings shows 4.8 which can't be believed.

9. As a reputable banking tool, Axis bank urgently needs to address these problems.Be safe hacked.

10. Second, you can't lookup memo details of the payment you have made previously.

11. Even bank person also unable to help for this application.Getting worse experience.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Axis Issues

1. Fix Axis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Axis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Axis App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Axis" » Open Axis Mobile: Pay, Invest & UPI » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Axis » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Axis Mobile: Pay, Invest & UPI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Axis servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Axis Mobile: Pay, Invest & UPI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Axis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Axis might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Axis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Axis then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Axis not working


2. Fix Axis Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Axis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Axis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Axis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
